Ernährung und Depression: Die MooDFOOD Präventions-Studie

Zusammenfassung:

In einer aktuellen Europäischen Studie (MooDFOOD) wird die präventive Wirkung von Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln und einer gezielten psychologischen Ernährungsberatung auf Depression untersucht. Die Ergebnisse sollen genutzt werden, um eine innovative und wirksame Public-Health Ernährungsstrategie zur Vorbeugung von Depression zu entwickeln.

Abstract:

A recent European prevention trial (MooDFOOD) examines the feasibility and effectiveness of two different nutritional strategies (multi-nutrient supplementation and food-related behavioral change therapy) to prevent depression. This knowledge will be used to develop innovative and effective nutritional public health strategies for the prevention of depression.
