We regretted to find errors in Figure 9 used to show the electrical sensing performance due to the author’s negligent operation, so we modified it. A revised version of Figure 9 is given below. This correction does not affect any results or conclusions of the article. We apologize for any inconvenience this error may have caused to readers and the editorial team.
