Qualität der Gesundheitsversorgung – Was wollen Patienten wissen?

Summary

Patients have a differentiated view on the quality of health services and consider a variety of structural, process and outcome indicators in their decisions. However, appropriate patient-oriented, publicly accessible and comparative reporting systems are missing. In particular, the operationalization and measurement of indicators regarding the process quality, about which patients often like to have information, raise many problems.
