Public Health in China: Auf dem Weg zu HiAP

Zusammenfassung
Der Beitrag gibt eine Übersicht über die Anstrengungen der VR China, eine funktionsfähige Infrastruktur für die Krankenversorgung und auch eine Basis für Public Health zu schaffen. Der Beginn dieser Bemühungen geht auf die Jahrtausendwende zurück. Der aktuelle Stand ist das Ergebnis der zurückliegenden etwa 20 Jahre. Die Covid 19 Epidemie ist auch eine Praxisbewährung für die Anstrengungen im Sinne der WHO Health in All Politics-Strategie (HiAP), die Aktivitäten über Ressortgrenzen hinaus zu bündeln und komplexe Problemlösungen zu bewirken.
Abstract
The article provides an overview of the efforts of the People’s Republic of China to create a functioning infrastructure for health care and also a basis for public health. The current status is the result of the past 20 years. The COVID-19 epidemic is also a practical test for the efforts in the sense of the WHO-Health in All Politics-Strategy to bundle activities across departmental boundaries and to bring about complex problem solving.
