Abstract
The phase diagram of the In–Sb–Sn ternary system was studied by X-ray powder diffraction analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. 123 alloys were elaborated on 9 vertical sections. Four transition peritectic reactions (U-type), one peritectic ternary reaction (P-type), one ternary eutectoid reaction (E-type) and one ternary eutectic reaction (E-type) were characterized.
