Gorgias Press zeichnet sich außerdem durch die Veröffentlichung seltener und wenig erforschter Themen in den Bereichen Arabistik und Islamwissenschaft, Archäologie, Bibelwissenschaft, Klassik, Frühchristentum, Jüdische Studien und Linguistik aus. Gorgias' Philosophie „Publishing for the Knowledge“ hat viele neue Autoren angezogen und zu einer raschen Ausweitung seiner Spezialgebiete geführt.
