Abstract

The methodology used to develop a model of language policy is briefly described in this chapter - known as ‘design-based research’. The source of data is explained and mixed methods are used for data analysis - in this case, the analysis of texts containing LPs and answers to questionnaires. The stages of research are also indicated in this chapter.
