Papiri ‘a fumetti’: P.Oxy. XXII 2331 e P.Köln IV 179

Abstract
P.Oxy. XXII 2331 (3rd century AD) and P.Köln IV 179 (2nd century AD) are the only papyri attesting the use in Greco-Latin book products of matching drawings with dialogues held by the characters depicted in the drawings themselves. For this feature, they can be compared to modern comics books. It is the aim of the present article to re-edit these papyri and to discuss the textual and exegetical problems they pose.
