Abstract
Edition of an Arabic school exercise mentioning the Arabic governor of Egypt Ǧābir ibn al-ʾʾAšʿat̲ . The paper gives an insight into the world of Arabic school exercises and attempts for the first time to establish a typology of such exercises.
