Abstract
Due to the requirement of didactics for the integration of corpora when learning and teaching German as a foreign language, access to corpus citation in two German online dictionaries, in DWDS and ELEXIKO, is examined as an example. The question of the positioning of the corpus data in the virtual macrostructure is followed by a look at the structure of this module in online dictionaries. The differentiated access structure of online dictionaries is particularly evident from the innovative, manipulable virtual structure. The added value of the corpus citation for users learning German as a foreign or second language is then dealt with.
