Abstract
Benefiting from digital systems in the introduction of “green” technologies in our country, creation of digital databases and designing of programs for undertaking projects will greatly assist in providing solutions for technological problems. Furthermore, there will be vast opportunities to develop these programs and databases. With the purpose of providing the quality and reliability of tasks, an application program “Digital system of designing photoelectric solar station” is developed for designing the photoelectric solar station and its elements. This application program is completely developed in the language of “Delphi programming.” In the developed application program “Digital system of designing the wind power stations,” it is considered the features of undertaking the project works in connection with designing the wind power station in a convenient and reliable way, making calculations for discovering the wind energy resources in the region and storing it in its database.
