Methods of Removal from Previously Flooded Buildings

Abstract
Central questions connected with minimization of damages to buildings that were flooded are discussed. Individual steps are listed and risks of some steps for building parts are elaborated. Focus lies especially on external thermal insulation systems and other methods of building construction which includes consideration about utility of plasters removing.
Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag sind die wesentlichen Fragen zusammengefasst, die sich bei der Beseitigung von Gebäudeschäden aufgrund von Hochwasser stellen. Einzelne Schritte werden ebenso wie die Risiken bestimmter Maßnahmen an Gebäuden werden dargestellt. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wird Systemen zur thermischen Isolierung und der Methodik zur Trocknung der Gebäudekonstruktion gewidmet, einschließlich der Notwendigkeit der Entfernung von Mauerputz.
Résumé
Cet article résume les principaux problèmes liés à l'élimination des dommages causés aux immeubles par des inondations. On exposera quelques moyens ainsi que les riques que comportent certaines mesures appliquées sur les immeubles concernés. On consacrera une attention toute particulière aux systèmes relatifs à l'isolation thermique et aux méthodes de séchage de la construction des immeubles, y compris qu'à la question de savoir s'il est nécessaire de retirer le crépi des murs.
