and William HuttonVassiliki Panoussi is Chancellor Professor of Classical Studies at William & Mary. She is the authorof Greek Tragedy in Vergil’s Aeneid: Ritual, Empire and Intertext (Cambridge 2009),Brides Mourners, Bacchae: Women’s Rituals in Roman Literature (Johns Hopkins 2019), and co-editor of a collection of essays entitled,Emotional Trauma in Greece and Rome: Representations and Reactions (Routledge 2020), as well as of numerous articles on Roman literature and its reception.William Hutton is Professor of Classical Studies at William & Mary. He is the author ofDescribing Greece: Landscape and Literture in the Periegesis of Pausanias (Cambridge 2005) and numerous articles on Greek imperial literature and ancient travel literature. He is also a co-founder and managing editor of theSuda On Line project.
