Abstract:
This section provides an overview of cases in front of the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning contract law. The present issue is an update to that published at p. 204–220 and covers the period between the end of March 2012 and 6 September 2012 as regards judgments and opinions delivered, and the period up to the beginning of August 2012 as regards proceedings initiated.
