Abstract
This article provides an overview of cases decided by the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning contract law. The present issue covers the period between July 2017 and the beginning of January 2018.
Note
The primary responsibility for the areas of General Law of Contract and Obligations, Advertising, Unfair Commercial Practices as well as Passenger Rights and Package Holiday lies with Philipp Hacker; for the areas of Unfair Contract Terms, Employment Law, Discrimination, Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures and Private International Law with Marie-Sophie Schäfer.
