Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag bietet einen Überblick über qualitative Methoden zur Untersuchung der Steuerbarkeit und der Stabilisierbarkeit linearer zeitinvarianter Systeme der Form x ˙ ( t ) = A x ( t ) + B u ( t )\dot{x}(t)=A\hspace{0.1667em}x(t)+B\hspace{0.1667em}u(t). Es werden Verfahren betrachtet, die nicht von den konkreten numerischen Parametern in den Systemmatrizen A und B abhängen. Unterschiedliche Ansätze zu strukturellen Untersuchungen werden beschrieben und als Spezialfälle der Systembeschreibung mit unsicheren Matrizen dargestellt. Die Konzepte zur Untersuchung von Systemen auf Vorzeichen-Steuerbarkeit und Vorzeichen-Stabilisierbarkeit werden genauer betrachtet. Die Anwendung der Verfahren wird an einem einfachen Beispiel verdeutlicht.

Zusammenfassung Die virtuelle Inbetriebnahme ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil von modernen Entwicklungszyklen. Simulationsmodelle von neu entwickelten Produktionsstrukturen unterstützen dabei, Ideen zu Prozessen zu bewerten. Die Maschinenkommunikation ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil dieser Bewertung. Mit der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung der Produktion liegt der Fokus immer mehr auf der Gesamtvernetzung durch Industrie 4.0-Implementierungen. Dieser Beitrag zeigt einen Ansatz, um mit einer Co-Simulationsumgebung im Planungsprozess zur Überprüfung der dynamischen Interaktion zwischen den Schnittstellenteilnehmern beizutragen.

To effectively restrain the lateral vibration caused by the guide rail excitation and improve the ride comfort of the car system, a state-weighted linear quadratic regulator (LQR) control strategy is proposed. Firstly, based on the active control model of the 4-DOF car system with actuators distributed diagonally along the center of the car frame, an LQR controller for lateral vibration of high-speed elevator car systems is designed. Furthermore, in view of the tedious and time-consuming of the empirical method to choose state-weighted matrix Q , stepping quantum genetic algorithm (SQGA) is proposed to improve the performance of the controller. Finally, the time-frequency characteristic curves of the lateral vibration acceleration and the vibration displacement of the car system are compared and analyzed by MATLAB to verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

Zusammenfassung Die Optimierung von Zerspanprozessen erfordert ein grundlegendes Verständnis des Werkzeugverschleißverhaltens. Um hierauf künstliche Intelligenzalgorithmen anlernen zu können, ist eine Auswahl an signifikanten und technisch relevanten Kennwerten notwendig. Diese Arbeit präsentiert eine Methode zur Datenselektion und -skalierung, um die Anwendungsanforderungen einer künstlichen Intelligenz zu erfüllen. Die entwickelte Lösung zeigt auf Basis reduzierter experimenteller Umfänge eine hohe Übereinstimmung mit den gemessenen Verschleißkennwerten.

Modern production requires shorter measuring cycles of measuring machines, which can be achieved with highly dynamic references causing dynamic deviations of the actual tool-center-point (TCP) position. To minimize the TCP tracking error, the considered measuring machine is extended with a redundant axis and a modular control concept is proposed. For this dual-stage actuation setting, a higher-level reference allocation module exploits the resulting redundancy and yields suitable position references for the lower-level controlled subsystems. On the higher-level, two dual-stage control concepts are presented, yielding both significantly reduced tracking errors in experiments compared to using only the main axis. Furthermore, to deal with strongly spatially varying friction of the main axis of the considered measuring machine, its lower-level control system is improved.

Manual inspection is still widely used for defect detection in optical isolator factories. The manual method is not only inefficient, but also low reliability, and easy to be disturbed by visual fatigue. This paper proposes an automatic defect detection algorithm for optical isolators, which is an extension to a previous conference paper, with more algorithms and detailed description of the detection algorithm added. In the focusing part of the algorithm, an improved Laplace operator which increases the attention of oblique gradient is adopted. In the detection part of the algorithm, the image-enhancement based on adaptive threshold, the line and ring detection based on Hough transform, and process the detection results by clustering method are used. Experiments show that the scheme proposed in this paper can inspect a series of defects on the crystal area of the optical isolator in real time, the manpower demand can be reduced to less than 10 % and the detection accuracy is 93 %.

Within my thesis, I worked on the challenges of robotics in developing a system that enables minimally invasive bone-cutting with a laser. Knee replacement surgery was the first target application. One of the main challenges was achieving high positioning accuracy of the laser while maintaining a form factor that allows minimally invasive insertion of the robotic device and minimally invasive device manipulation during large-area surface treatments.
