Two-Step Synthesis of Nano-Structured Carbon Phase

Abstract

This article describes in principal the possibility of nano-struc- tured carbon phase preparation through pyrolytic decomposition of a complex on the base of metallic Aluminium and Chlorohydrocarbons.

Kurzfassung

Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird die prinzipielle Möglichkeit beschrieben, nanostrukturierte Karbonphasen mittels pyrolytischem Zerfall eines auf metallischem Aluminium und Chlorkohlenwasserstoffen basierenden Komplexes zu präparieren.


Prof. Dr. sc. nat. Jörg F. Friedrich studied chemistry at the Humboldt Universität, Berlin, Germany. 1975 he acquired the Dr. rer. nat. (PhD) in Polymer Chemistry from the Academy of Sciences of GDR, Institute of Macromolecular Sciences, Berlin, as well as the Promotion B (Habilitation). 1982 he became Dr. sc. nat. in polymer and plasma chemistry. Ordinary habilitation (Dr. rer. nat. habil.) followed in 1991 from the TH Merseburg. Since 1996 he is Director and Professor at the Federal Institute of Materials Research and Testing, as well as Professor at the Technical University Berlin (2007).

Prof. Dr. sc. nat. Eldar B. Zeynalov studied chemistry at Azerbaijan State University, Baku (1966-1971). From 1971to 1976 he was post-graduate student and candidate of Chemical Sciences (Candidate=Dr. rer. nat.=PhD) at the Institute of Chemical Physics of the USSR Academy of Sciences, Moscow. Between 1976 and 1989, he was research officer, senior staff scientist, assistant professor, associate professor, Doctor of Chemical Sciences and scientific department leader at different institutes of the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences, now in Baku. He is full professor since 2010.

Prof. Dr. sc. nat. Musa I. Rustamov, studied chemistry at the Azerbaijan Industrial Institute, Baku. He received his Doctor of Technical Sciences in 1968.Since 1973 he is Professor and since 1989 Academician and Director of the Institute of Petrochemical Processes of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Baku.

Prof. Dr. sc. nat. Nadir I. Seyidov, studied at the Azerbaijan State University, Baku. He is Doctor of Chemical Sciences and since 1972 professor and academician since 2001. In 2007 he became head of the chemical department of Presidium of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Baku.

Dr. sc. nat. Hikmet D. Ibrahimov, studied at the Azerbaijan State University, Baku. In 2011 he received his Doctor of Technical Sciences and became deputy head of the laboratory at the Institute of Petrochemical Processes of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Baku.
