Präzisionsbestimmung des Skalierungsfaktors für Relativwerte von Strukturamplituden mit Messung von Absolutintensitäten an Pulverpräparaten

Abstract
A method for the precise determination of the X-ray scale factor measuring absolute intensities from powder specimens has been tested. It proved to be applicable to electron density determinations of high accuracy with a relative standard deviation of 1 – 2% of the observed relative structure amplitudes. The necessary sample quality showed to be the most serious possible handicap.
