Qiao Huang, PhD, is a Research Associate Professor in the College of Foreign Languages and Cultures at Sichuan University in China. His main research interest is in pragmatics and philosophy of language. He has published several papers in “Intercultural Pragmatics”, “Journal of Pragmatics”, “Dao: A Journal of Comparative Philosophy”, and “Contemporary Linguistics”.
