Yuan Ping is a Lecturer in English Language and Translation at the School of Foreign Languages in Hangzhou Dianzi University (China), where he also serves as the Research Director of the Institute of Translation Studies. His research interests include translation studies, discourse analysis, narrative theory and corpus linguistics. His research publications have appeared in journals such as
