三主体言语社区：互联网时代的语言生活

摘要

互联网语言生活对双主体的言语社区理论提出了挑战，新的言语社区理论需要包括除了说话人和听话人之外的第三主体— “联话人” 。 “联话人” 的概念有利消除互联网应用的 “客观” 假象。透过互联网的 “物化” 表象，可以发现操控互联网的 “联话人” 的主体功能。不仅联话人的 “语言能力”，其 “语言政策” 也影响到联话效果。作为一个行动主体，联话人可以选择性地支持说话人或听话人，也可以自行其是地影响听说两方。三主体互动模型不仅适用互联网语言生活，也开启了对现代语言生活的再思考；全球华语社区的研究可以成为一个切入点。

Abstract

The language life on the Internet challenges the theory of the two-actor speech community. Accordingly, the new theory of speech community includes, apart from the speaker and the listener, the “liner” as the third actor. Conceptually, the liner controls language service in the internet. It does not only embody the language competence but also the language policies of those who provide the online services. It may put the interests of the speaker ahead of those of the listener or vice versa, or advance its own interests over the others. The three-actor model applies particularly to the language life on the Internet, while explaining language life in the modern time more generally. Moreover, it would inform the research on the global Huayu community, which is a linguistic community beyond the confines of a polity or an economy.
