Zusammenfassung:

Der Beitrag gilt einer als Erzähltyp oder Einzelmotiv nur schwer fixierbaren Motivkombination. Dazu werden verschiedene Renaissancenovellen eingehend behandelt (Boccaccio, Decameron 2,3; 3,1; 3,7; Giovanni Fiorentino, Pecorone: Rahmenhandlung; 3,1; Sacchetti, Il Trecentonovelle 28; am Rand Bandello, Novelle 2,44), außerdem Machiavellis Komödie Mandragola und eine ‚spanische Novelle‘ von Madame d'Aulnoy (Contes des Fées 3,1). Daraus ergibt sich die spezifische Affinität dieser Motivkombination zu den Gattungen Novelle, Komödie, Satire, Schwank und Schelmenroman.

Abstract:

This article concerns a narrative combination that can hardly be defined as ‚Erzähltyp‘ or special motiv. For this, some Renaissance novellas are interpreted thoroughly (Boccaccio, Decameron 2,3; 3,1; 3,7; Giovanni Fiorentino, „Pecorone: background story; 3,1; Sacchetti, Il Trecentonovelle 28; marginally Bandello, Novelle 2,44), in addition the comedy Mandragola by Machiavelli and a novella-story by Madame d'Aulnoy (Contes des Fées 3,1). The result is the specific affinity of this combination to the genres novella, comedy, satire, comical tale and picaresque novel.
