Die von Wilbert Ubbens und Dr. Willi Höfig im Jahr 1982 begründete und bis zum Jahr 2002 jeweils in Heft 3 dieser Zeitschrift veröffentlichte Bibliographie wird mit der vorliegenden Übersicht fortgesetzt. Die Gliederung nach Schlagwörtern und die Zitierweise wurden weitgehend beibehalten, um sowohl die Orientierung zu erleichtern als auch spätere Hinweise auf diese Bibliographie zu vereinfachen. Wo nötig, wurden wieder erläuternde Hinweise in englischer Sprache hinzugefügt.
Für diese Übersicht wurden auch wieder Nachweise aus den verwandten Bereichen der Archive, Dokumentationsstellen und Museen aufgenommen, um die für Zeitungen wünschenswerte spartenübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zu fördern.
