Abstract
In diesem Beitrag wird eine spezifische Handlungsstrategie von erwerbsfähigen Arbeitslosen im Umgang mit den Anforderungen an Selbstverantwortliclikeit und Eigeninitiative unter Bedingungen von zunehmender Unsicherheit vorgestellt. Es handelt sich dabei um Personen, die sich überwiegend auf einem Arbeitsmarktsegment bewegen, das von prekärer Beschäftigung und niedrigen Einkommen gekennzeichnet ist. Die Ergebnisse basieren auf einem qualitativen Panel mit Langzeitarbeitslosen.
Abstract
In this paper, a specific action strategy of unemployed persons is presented, in dealing with the demands of self-responsibility and self-initiative under conditions of increasing uncertainty. The individuals mostly move in a segment of the labour market, which is characterized by precarious employment and low incomes. The results are based on a qualitative panel with long-term unemployed.
