A Response to Robert Gagnon on »The Old Testament and Homosexuality«
Abstract
This paper is a response to an article by R.A.J. Gagnon. Exegetical issues are contested concerning religious prostitution, the offence of Ham, Sodom, menses and semen. Gagnon's goals are questioned alongside his methods, especially his desire to instruct the churches on how Biblical proscriptions should be enforced.

Cette notice constitue la réponse à un article de R.A.J. Gagnon: sont mises en cause des affirmations exégétiques concernant la prostitution sacrée, la faute de Cham, le rôle de Sodome, les menstrues et l'épanchement séminal. Les objectifs ainsi que la méthodologie de l'auteur précité sont accessoirement discutées, spécialement quant à ses encouragements aux églises en vue d'une application stricte des interdits bibliques.

Diese Mitteilung ist die Erwiderung auf einen Artikel von R.A.J. Gagnon. Bestritten werden dabei exegetische Behauptungen zur religiösen Prostitution, zum Vergehen von Ham, zu Sodom, zur Menstruation und zum Samenerguss. Zudem werden neben seinen Methoden auch Gagnons Ziele in Frage gestellt, besonders sein Wunsch, die Kirche zu belehren, wie biblische Verbote zur Geltung gebracht werden können.
