Abstract
This study, using an integrative review methodology, will focus on founder-generation family firms. The study results suggest that resilience, particularly in the form of pro-environmental employee behavior, needs more attention to increase our knowledge on the research agenda presented in this paper. In addition to the research agenda, we provide assumptions on how to effectively lead and manage resilience in a family business, thereby increasing ecological, sustainable, and financial value, offering a promising outlook for the future.
