Abstract

In this paper, we have investigated the optical characteristics of thermally expanded core Polarization Maintaining Optical Fibres (TEC-PM) as a function of time heating and temperature of heat. The modal ellipticity of the fundamental mode is analyzed for applications on optimal low M2-diode to fibre connection.
