Abstract
This article provides an overview of cases decided by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) concerning contract law. The present issue covers the period between mid-January 2018 and mid-July 2018.
Note
The primary responsibility for the areas of General Law of Contract and Obligations, Advertising, as well as Passenger Rights and Package Holiday lies with Betül Kas; for the areas of Unfair Contract Terms, Employment Law, Discrimination, and Private International Law with Fabrizio Esposito.
