transcript is one of Europe’s leading independent academic publishers with a focus on publishing in cultural studies and the social sciences, in history, philosophy, and in cultural management. More than 100 series and about 400 frontlist publications in German- and English-language – including a continously growing number of Open Access publications – are on offer.
