Abstract
This chapter studies a wide-ranging assessment of the legal and non-legal techniques that social landlords use to handle ASB. It challenges the assumption that ASB is increasing, and identifies the growing expectations that are being placed on landlords. One section describes the increase of specialist ASB teams that are within the housing management structures, while another section provides evidence taken from national surveys on how social landlords have used evictions and injunctions.
