Abstract

Some diorgano(trichlorosilyl)phosphines of the general formula R(C6H5)PSiCl3 (R = CH3 1a, C2H5 2a, C3H7 3a, and C5H11 4a) have been prepared by transsilylation reactions of the corresponding diorgano(trimethylsilyl)phosphines with silicium tetrachloride and characterized by elemental analyses and NMR spectra
