Das phönizische Kolorit von Psalm 45

Abstract
Psalm 45 has – apart from its frame – a distinct Phoenician orientation. In addition to the »daughter of Tyre,« there are mythical-theological aspects that point to Phoenicia, such the titling of the king as a god, the pairing of God’s law and justice, and the parallel expression »scepter and throne«; likewise, there are also »civilizational« aspects, such as the emphasis on beauty, clothing, ivory palaces, myrrh, aloes, and cassia, and finally the extensive, primarily female constellation of people in the psalm. This thesis finds support through texts of various origins, but especially from the Old Testament.
Zusammenfassung
Psalm 45 ist – von seinem Rahmen abgesehen – durch und durch phönizisch gefärbt. Nach Phönizien weisen neben der »Tochter Tyros« einerseits Mythisch-Theologisches, die Titulierung des Königs als Gott, das Götterpaar Recht und Gerechtigkeit sowie der Parallelausdruck »Szepter und Thron«, andererseits »Zivilisatorisches« wie die Betonung von »Schönheit, Kleidung, Elfenbeinpalästen, Myrrhe, Aloe und Kassia, schließlich die umfangreiche, vor allem weibliche Personenkonstellation des Psalms. Diese These wird mit Texten unterschiedlicher Herkunft, vor allem aber aus dem Alten Testament untermauert.
Résumé
Le Psaume 45 est, à l’exception de son cadre, d’ un bout à l’autre de coloration phénicienne. Avec la »fille Tyros«, le contexte mythologico-théologique, le titre de roi-dieu, le couple divin »droit et justice« ainsi que le parallèle »sceptre et »trône« d’ une part, et d’ autre part la teneur »civilisatrice«, l’accent porté sur la beauté, l’habillement, les palais d’ivoire, la myrrhe, l’aloès et la cassie et enfin la panoplie de noms plutôt féminins nous renvoient à la Phénicie. Cette thèse est étayée de textes d’origines distinctes, plus particulièrement de l’Ancien Testament.
