Administrative Law Without Public Interest?

  • Giammarco Sigismondi is associate professor of administrative law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He has worked on themes of administrative law, models of protection with public power, organisational instruments of corruption prevention and public service regulation. His recent publications include the essay “Il sindacato sulle valutazioni tecniche nella pratica delle Corti,” Rivista trimestrale di diritto pubblico (2015): 705–737, and the volume Eccesso di potere e clausole generali. Modelli di sindacato sul potere pubblico e sui poteri privati a confronto (Napoli: Jovene, 2012).
