Zusammenfassung
Κ. J. Arrow analysiert die Bedeutung von ,Kommunikation‘ innerhalb der Gleichgewichtsökonomik als convergence of beliefs‘. Arrows Analyse bleibt unvollständig: mit den,beliefs‘ wird in die rational choice eine kommunikationsoffene Semantik eingeführt, die das Verhältnis von Sprache, Bedeutung, Präferenz und Semantik neu formieren muß. Wenn man ,Kommunikation' einführt, kann man die wahrscheinlichkeitstheoretische Formulierung der choice acts nicht mehr durchhalten. Arrows Kommunikationsgleichgewicht 2. Ordnung wird durch ,Kontextoffenheit' umgangen.
Summary
The article proofs Κ. J. Arrows introduction of ‘communication’ in general equilibrium analysis. His theory of ‘convergencs of beliefs’ is incomplete. Rational choice has to be redesigned by a new relationship of preferences and semantics, without probability-codes. Using ‘communication’, economic theory has to be aware of ‘contextes’, in an equilibrium of 2nd order.
