  • Jihong Mo

    Jihong Mo is a professor, researcher and doctoral supervisor (International Human Rights Law). Director of the Institute of Law at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), Dean of the Law School of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Director of Human Rights Research Center, CASS. His main research areas are Constitutional Law and International Human Rights Law. In 2004, he was awarded the title of “Top Ten Young Jurists in China”. And in 2018, the title of “Lifelong Honorary President of the International Association of Constitutional Law”. He has served as a visiting scholar at institutions such as the Norwegian Institute of Human Rights and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in Sweden. He has published works such as International Human Rights Conventions and China (World Knowledge Publishing, 2005). Actively engaging in legislative activities at the national level, he has been involved in the drafting, argumentation, and consultation of over a hundred laws and regulations in China, and many of his important academic research achievements have received national-level awards.

    Jianghan Zhao is a research fellow from Chinese Wuhan University Hongyi Honors College. She is interested in and conducts research in the fields of Public International Law and Private International Law. She was awarded the first prize in the 2022 Jessup International Moot Court Competition in China, Best Oralist in the 21st CIETAC Cup International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
