Abstract
This article provides an overview of cases decided by the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning contract law. The present issue covers the period between the beginning of February and the end of June 2019.

The primary responsibility for the areas of General Law of Contract and Obligations, Passenger Rights and Package Holiday, Consumer Credit, and Discrimination Law lies with Philipp Hacker; for the areas of Unfair Commercial Practices, Unfair Contract Terms, Employment Law (other than Discrimination), and Private International Law with Betül Kas.
