The Humic Science & Technology Conference IX will be held 22-24 March 2006 at Northeastern University, Boston, USA. Conferences in this series focus on the structures, properties, and uses of humic science. This conference is dedicated to Dr. E. Michael Thurman of the Universidad de Almería, Spain. The honorary chair is Dr. Jerry A. Leenheer of the U.S. Geological Survey in Denver.
