SUMMARIES
A method is described for eliminating blood stains from the fragments of a fifteenth-century Hebrew manuscript, using the proteolytic enzymes tripsin and chemotripsin.
On décrit comment des vieilles taches de sang ont été éliminées des fragments d'un manuscrit hébraïque datant du 15ème Siècle à l'aide d'enzymes protéolytiques, la trypsine et la chemotrypsine.
Es wird beschrieben, wie gealterte Flecken und Klumpen von Blut aus den Fragmenten einer hebräischen Bibel aus dem 15. Jh. mit Hilfe von proteolytischen Fermenten, Trypsin Chemotrysin, entfernt wurden.
