Agamben e il campo come paradigma biopolitico
Abstract
Giorgio Agamben, in many places of his work, identifies the “camp” as a biopolitical paradigm. Through a brief investigation on the concept of paradigm, this article intends to highlight the key-role of the camp in Agamben’s reflection, underlying how it represents the climax of biopolitical power attempts to dominate life. In conclusion it is necessary to illustrate Agamben strategies, both practical and theoretical, political and philosophical to prevent the total, global and final imposition of the camp, as a place ruled by a permanent state of exception and where only “bare life” can live. Through these strategies Agamben aims to overturn the relation between power and life.
