Volume 4 provides commentary on Titles 1–3 of the Division 3 of the General Part of the German Criminal Code (legal consequences). Title 1 deals with penalties: imprisonment, fines, additional penalties, and incidental legal consequences. Title 2 regulates the fixing of penalties and their principles, as well as victim-offender mediation and mitigating circumstances. Title 3 addresses the fixing of penalties for multiple offences.
