Study of the dialogues in the Sprachbücher by Juan Ángel de Zumaran (fl. 1617–1634)

Abstract
Juan Ángel de Zumaran was a teacher and interpreter of the French, Italian, Spanish and German languages, who lived among the Germans in the first decades of the 17th century. In this period he published his textbooks or Sprachbücher, whose abbreviated titles are as follows: Tyrocinium (1617), Das Newe Sprachbuch (1621), Thesaurus (1626) and Grammatica (1634). In this paper, we would like to focus on his work as a teacher and, more specifically, on the analysis of the role of the dialogues in his original works.
