Abstract
This final chapter provides a research agenda for scholars interested in applied linguistics issues in the MENA countries. This agenda takes into consideration the recent research efforts and also the dynamic linguistic landscape in this region. The chapter presents a number of guidelines for researchers and provides a roadmap highlighting the high-priority areas that need investigation.
