Yao Yao
Yao Yao is a PhD candidate at Hunan University and a lecturer of English in Changsha University of Science and Technology where she teaches primarily pragmatics and lexicology. She has studied in School of Cultures, Languages and Linguistics, The University of Auckland in New Zealand when earning her PhD in Hunan University. Yao Yao has published a monograph The History of English Lexicology and several journal articles in the field of pragmatics and lexicology.

Xiaoxiang Chen
Xiaoxiang Chen is a professor of English at Hunan University where she teaches and researches primarily language acquisition. She has studied in the Department of Linguistics, University of Colorado Boulder in the United States before receiving her PhD in Hunan University. Xiaoxiang Chen has published widely in the field of pragmatics and language acquisition, including one monograph A Case Study of Babble and Early Speech Development in a Southern Mandarin-Speaking Child along with more than 30 journal articles.
