In the reaction of CH 3 SO 2 F with hydroxylamine the products CH 3 SO 2 N(H)OH, H 3 NOH + CH 3 SO 3- , and H 5 N 2 +CH 3 SO 3- are formed. H 2 NO-Si(CH 3 ) 3 reacts with CH 3 SO 2 F to yield mainly H 5 N 2 + CH 3 SO 3_ . These results are explained by consecutive reactions of the intermediate CH 3 SO 2 ONH 2 .
