d§§ 1569-1586b

The current revision of this work considers the changes brought about by the Maintenance Law Amendment Act, which took effect on 1st January 2008, and the new developments in regulations on spousal support (sections 1569-1586b) in a practice-oriented manner. This includes issues such as support provided by the father for the custodian mother, precedence of children over divorced spouses, the contested issue of a 3-year time limit on maintenance claims from custodian parents, and all relevant maintenance law reforms, which still require "readjustment" according to the Forum Maintenance Law 2010 held by the DAV's working group on family law.

• Erörterung der nach der Unterhaltsrechtsreform bestehenden Probleme, etwa zur Darlegungs- und Beweislast für "ehebedingte Nachteile", die nachteilige Regelung für Alt-Ehen, die jahrzehntelang das Hausfrauen-Modell nach altem Recht gelebt haben oder die Dreiteilung bei der Unterhaltsberechnung.
• Berücksichtigung verfahrensrechtlicher Aspekte.
• Praxisorientierte Kommentierung eines der wichtigsten, bezogen auf die Parteien existenziellen Gebiete des Familienrechts.
• Nutzen für die Zielgruppe: Umfassende Information, neue Lösungsansätze für offene Rechtsfragen und Sicherheit.
