The JAOA regrets an error that appeared in the following appendix:

Appendix 1: colleges of osteopathic medicine in the United States. J Am Osteopath Assoc. 2010; 110(3):195-197.

On page 196, the full name of OSU-COM was incorrectly given as “Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine.” It should have appeared as “Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.”

These changes have been made to the full text (http://www.jaoa.org/cgi/content/full/110/3/195) and PDF (http://www.jaoa.org/cgi/reprint/110/3/195) versions online.

The JAOA also regrets an error that appeared in the following supplement articles:

Freeman JS. Improving the spectrum of diabetes management [editor's message]. J Am Osteopath Assoc. 2010;110(7 suppl 7):eSii-eS1.

Freeman JS. The increasing epidemiology of diabetes and review of current treatment algorithms. J Am Osteopath Assoc. 2010;110(7 suppl 7):eS2-eS6.

Dr Freeman's affiliation in these articles was incorrectly listed as, “Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at Michigan State University in East Lansing and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in Pennsylvania.” His affiliation should have appeared as, “Dr Freeman is a professor and the chairman of the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in Pennsylvania.”

Finally, the JAOA regrets an error that appeared in the following supplement article:

Shubrook J. Risks and benefits of attaining HbA1c goals: examining the evidence. J Am Osteopath Assoc. 2010;110(7 suppl 7):eS7-eS12.

Dr Shubrook's name should have appeared as “Jay H. Shubrook, Jr, DO.”
