Abstract

The book explores collaboration within the field of social work research in Europe, focusing on practice research and co-creation among researchers, practitioners and users. Through various international experiences, particularly in Norway, Ireland, Finland, UK and Italy, it emphasises the importance of participation and sensibility in social practices, highlighting tools like reflective groups and training programmes to promote change. The book also stresses the need to develop organisational contexts that support continuous learning and innovation, providing a critical perspective on the neoliberal reforms impacting the social work sector.
