Phase Diagram Investigation of the Indium-Selenium System

Abstract
DTA, DSC and X-ray powder diffraction have been used to reinvestigate the In–Se phase diagram. Phase equilibria have been determined and the In2Se3 polymorphism has been thermodynamically studied.
Abstract
DTA, DSC und Röntgendiffraktometrie wurden zur Untersuchung des In–Se Zustandsdiagrammes verwendet. Es erfolgte die Bestimmung der Phasengleichgewichte. Der In2Se3-Polymorphismus wurde thermodynamisch untersucht.
