Abstract
In order to respond to a nuclear emergency case the first few hours are of decisive significance. For that reason sufficient and well-trained staff must be available at any time. The training of the personnel of the Nuclear power plant Brokdorf (KBR) involved in the emergency management organisation will be described in this presentation.
