Abstract
An inclusion in a diamond from the Juina area, Brazil was investigated in situ by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It consists of six different phases: garnet, orthopyroxene and four individuals of diopsidic clinopyroxene. The application of the ALIGN-program helped to obtain accurate crystallographic data sets.
